The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge came to Kamsack
Mayor Rod Gardner and several members of the RCMP detachment braved the very cool weather to take part in the 2014 ALS Ice Bucket Challange on Monday. Although considerably chilly for a late August day the nominees survived the drenching and many more nominations were sent out. Hot dogs were on sale and donations were made to this great cause, $509 were raised from the Town of Kamsack hot dogs sales and donations. Well done to everyone for taking part, for more pictures please visit the Kamsack Sports, Recreation & Culture Facebook page.
